Mortgage Closing Terms
Services include notarization, obtaining all signatures required and proper identification, acquiring any additional information from Borrower as required by lender/escrow, pick-up and delivery, and completion in a timely manner, at a convenient location for the borrowers and/or escrow, title or lender.
If Borrower does not show or refuses to sign documents, a $50 fee is still due and payable. Notary Signing Agent's fee is due in full for a completed signing, even if loan does not fund. If re-signing is necessary due to Notary error or omission, there is no charge.
